Acceptable Use Policy

Pawcasso is an AI-powered platform that transforms pet photos into stylized, emotion-based artwork. This Acceptable Use Policy explains what you may and may not do when using our service. By using Pawcasso, you agree to this policy as well as our Terms of Service. We may update this policy from time to time, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Acceptable Use

You may use Pawcasso to:

Upload photos of pets and animals that you own or have the right to use.
Generate stylized, artistic, and emotion-based transformations of those photos.
Use the images you create for personal or commercial purposes, in accordance with our Terms of Service.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

You must not use Pawcasso to generate, upload, store, or share any of the following:

Sexual or NSFW content — sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive material of any kind, including AI-generated content.
Face-swap, deepfakes, and face manipulation — content that swaps, fabricates, or manipulates the face or likeness of any real person.
Images of real, identifiable individuals generated without that person's consent.
Violent, hateful, or harassing content — material that promotes violence, hatred, harassment, or harm toward any individual or group.
Illegal content — anything that violates applicable laws, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), which we report to the relevant authorities.
Infringing content — photos or content that violate the privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of others.
Deceptive or fraudulent content — material intended to impersonate, defraud, mislead, or spread misinformation.

You must also not:

Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with our content-moderation or security systems.
Use automated means to abuse, overload, or disrupt the service.
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our underlying AI models.

Content Moderation

To keep our platform safe and compliant, we use automated moderation to screen uploaded and generated content. We reserve the right to review, block, or remove any content, and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice.
